The Model

11:11 Solar Enerji is the main contractor: it signs the contract with the employer and coordinates the sub-specialists. Corporate, legal and operational responsibility in Türkiye is gathered at a single address.

SILEX EPC (Dubai), active since 2009, supplies engineering, procurement and project-management support. As the client documents put it, 11:11 Solar Enerji is “the Turkish corporate partner of SILEX EPC”.

The structure gives the employer two things at once: one company to hold accountable — and behind it, more than 50 engineering professionals whose projects reach roughly 2 GW across more than 8 countries.
