Solar Tree
A solar tree that marries renewable generation with decorative landscaping — storage in the trunk keeps it supplying power at night and in emergencies.
Solar trees bring renewable generation into decorative landscaping. High-efficiency panels mounted on the branches generate DC power; inverters hidden in the trunk convert it to usable AC. A storage unit inside the trunk discharges down to about 10%, keeping power flowing at night and under overcast skies.
